Position Highlights:

  • Leading external marketing efforts and fostering partnerships with vendors for the Assisted Living Memory Care facility
  • Supervising community engagement activities
  • Managing admissions to the Memory Care community, handling inquiries by phone or in person
  • Supporting residents and families in transitioning to care life and managing challenges
  • Maintaining close communication with families
  • Collaborating with different departments to showcase the facility effectively
  • Demonstrating a mature personality to support families in crisis and connect them with necessary services
  • Being self-motivated with strong follow-through skills
  • Comfortable discussing personal financial matters
  • Basic knowledge of post-acute care for aiding in finding suitable care options
