We are seeking a dedicated FP&A Manager to join our finance team. This role is critical in supporting our strategic decision-making processes through detailed financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of empathy and analytical expertise to the role, ensuring financial practices that align with our values of care and compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-range financial planning with a focus on operational efficiency and cost management.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and potential expansion projects.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess financial efficacy of program operations and establish finance and administrative systems to support program operations.
- Implement robust financial reporting systems and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to determine potential operational vulnerabilities and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA) is preferred.
- 1 year+ experience in leadership and people management experience with multiple direct reports and proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Strong proficiency with financial modeling and data analysis tools, including advanced Excel skills.
