Responsibilities

The Sponsor provides critical finished analysis on foreign intelligence threats to the US Government and regularly responds to taskings from senior US officials for analytic papers and briefings on counterintelligence issues. The Sponsor is seeking an experience PM/EXO with excellent communication, organizational, and financial/resource management skills to assist the department and Front Office's operations. The PM/EXO will work directly with senior managers in the department and assist with a variety of tasks in support of mission objectives. The PM/EXO will serve as a focal point in support of the department's communication, onboarding, production management, and corporate taskings. Duties include, but are not restricted to:
  • Tracking, maintaining status of, and replying to taskings to ensure timely completion and report production.
  • Working with Front Office resources in support of Department budget formulation and execution.
  • Maintaining and coordination responses on official actions and ad hoc taskings for the Department.
  • Coordinating Department staff and contractor on-boarding/off-boarding activities to include facilities and system accesses and familiarization training.
  • Tracking Department acquisition activities.
  • Managing the analytic production process for the Department and the Directorate of Analysis Front Office, including creating, and then managing a process to track the status of production, and providing daily and weekly updates to key stakeholders as defined by the Sponsor.
  • Supporting strategic communication across the Department and with the Front Office.
  • Ensuring the Department and DA Front Office processes are defined and streamlined.
  • Help manage the Sensitive Source Reporting Program (SSRP) and Gamma Sub One Time Read Ins (OTRI) requirements and billet requests for the Department.
The PM/EXO may be required to travel to other locations within the WMA. The candidate will be primarily located in McLean but may occasionally work from Chantilly. All personnel coming into the organization undergo an additional security review that can take anywhere from 7 business days to 30+ days.
Qualifications
  • Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • 12-15 years of experience and a bachelor's in technology, engineering, business, a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Ability to create professional presentations using PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • 10+ years of PM experience with managing scope, schedule and budget.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work closely and collegiately with Sponsor's Centers and varied elements within the organization.
  • Ability to foster and facilitate strategic parentships across organizational boundaries to positively impact mission delivery.
  • Systems/process evaluation – identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system/process.
  • Experience in contingency planning and continuity of operations to ensure that mission critical activities are maintained during emergencies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytic skills.

  • Prior experience supporting the Sponsor's analytic mission.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other Project Management certification.
  • 16+ years of experience and a bachelor's in technology, engineering, business, a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
