We are hiring AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our Atlanta, GA office.

AtkinsRéalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low-carbon economy.

How will you contribute to the team?
  • Act as the primary liaison between contracting companies and company.
  • Perform updates to contractor pricing contracts based on existing contract terms.
  • Create and publish multiple monthly reports tracking contractor performance, internal training, and bid work.
  • Onboard and manage contractor employees, providing access to applications, training, and external company sites.
  • Create and publish official communications to contractors.
  • Document the flow of spot bid events between internal Engineering, Project Coordinator and Supply Chain teams and enter into SharePoint.
  • Create/publish monthly metric reporting. i.e. man-hours report, spot bids tracking report, monthly compliance training report, quarterly construction outlook.
  • Perform annual unit rate adjustments for the 'New Business' contractors. Perform data validation on rate adjustments.
  • Lead the archiving of contracts and contract repository; maintain contract logs.
  • Responsible for archiving contracts, safety bulletins, procedures, and other docs on our SharePoint sites.
What will you contribute?
  • Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
