Job Title: Management and Program Analyst (Contracting Officer Representative)

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking a qualified individual to join their team as a Management and Program Analyst and Contracting Officer Representative (COR). This position involves providing managers with essential information to make informed decisions regarding agency procurement operations and management.


Responsibilities:
  • Plan and conduct comprehensive projects and studies for the analysis and evaluation of work distribution within OBIM
  • Review and analyze contract management work
  • Coordinate and administer all phases of assigned contracts
  • Manage projects and requirements for data/document management

Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have specialized experience in federal government contracting, contract administration, and innovative procurement strategies. A Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Level II certification is required upon entering the position, with progression to Level III certification within 18 months.
