We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Policy and Budget Analyst to join our team at WiSC Enterprises. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing strategic support to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze budget data to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and financial management processes
  • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to senior leadership on budget and financial matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in budget and program management, with a focus on the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community
  • Proven experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution Process (PPBE)
  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting and financial management
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
