This role is essential in aiding the broader team to execute long-term IT program planning efforts aimed at enhancing the security and operational efficiency of mission-critical capabilities through improved detection, automation, integration, and connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategic program support focusing on risk management, business process optimization, critical issue identification, and program evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor progress.
- Create informational and decision-making executive-level presentations.
- Conduct business process enhancements to streamline operations and expedite the completion of strategic initiatives.
- Perform risk management and communication assessments to identify enhancements in risk identification and mitigation processes across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in supporting IT projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to develop executive-level informational and decision-making briefings.
- Experience in leading business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- An active and current SECRET federal security clearance is mandatory.
- Experience supporting IT governance and/or innovation teams in either public or private sectors.
