We're seeking a future team member in the role of Execution Services Middle Office Team Lead to join our Markets Operations team.

This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid Basis.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Supervision of Execution Middle Office Associates
Providing middle office and operational support for Equities (US and International), FX, Non-Dollar, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and Preferred Securities
Support trade life cycle
Facilitate trade flow process & trade settlement
Investigate and resolve fails
Serve as liaison between clearing broker and counterparty in effort to efficiently resolve external settlement/clearing
Actively research/resolve trade discrepancies
Monitor trade status reports
Delivering quality client service and daily support to internal and external clients, including phone and email interaction, transaction processing, trade comparison and account reconciliation

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
Brokerage processing experience is preferred.
Ideally would have Finra Series 99 LIcense. Would be advantageous if you have a Finra Series 24 Iicense.
A desire to collaborate, problem solve and seek innovative ways to improve processes.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of DTC/Euroclear, Bloomberg, ICELink, ALERT/CTM a plus.
