This candidate will work closely with senior leadership to set and achieve major company priorities to execute growth strategy initiatives while managing all aspects of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize paid marketing spend across all channels
  • Manage content calendars and work with content creators to keep active organic content creation
  • Analyze financial operations and budgeting for the company a bonus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in software management tools
  • Work with current team to manage ad spend across multiple channels.
  • Propel customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven, customer-centric initiatives
  • Harness industry influencers, pundits, analysts and micro-influencers and their social media platforms to create, amplify and distribute human-centric content

Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years experience in a marketing/operations role, with at least one year in a senior role
  • Experience trading in the Forex, Futures, Crypto Markets
  • Experience working across multiple software platforms in eCommerce space
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams across multiple job functions
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives and communicate clearly across the company
