Responsibilities
  • Assist with graduate program planning and implementation, including admissions and recruitment.
  • Correspond with potential students and process student travel arrangements for recruiting visits.
  • Process graduate student awards and scholarships through various systems.
  • Track and process EDGE graduate student award funds.
  • Coordinate special events, such as student visits, recruiting conferences, and donor recognition banquets.
  • Compile and organize confidential data in student and donor databases.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of promotional materials, letters, and brochures.
  • Edit web content, integrate video and photos, and manage social media channels.
  • Update donor mailing lists, maintain files, and organize event details.
  • Reconcile and compile P-card receipts and reports for graduate recruiting and advancement.
  • Use Ushop to place supply orders and other purchases.
  • Assist in creating and distributing program materials, forms, and general correspondence.
  • May track and report on current trends to determine future recruiting and advancement needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • One year of related experience and demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
  • Experience with different writing styles, publishing software, and advertising concepts is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
  • Expertise in MS Office software.
  • Database experience is a plus.
