Key Responsibilities:


Responsible for reporting and investment optimization and growth strategy for Business Blueprint products including Business Line of Credit, Business Checking, and the Blueprint dashboard.

Reporting – Own Beyond the Card reporting, monthly marketing reviews with product, marketing, and cross-functional partners, quarterly results reviews with leadership, etc.

collaborating closely with GCS Marketing Finance and GIO.

Investment Optimization – Own Beyond the Card forecasting and planning, unfunded requests, TM1 submissions, return on investments, cost-benefit analyses, etc.

Growth Strategy – Incorporate external landscape and insights into our cohesive cardmember + all audience marketing channel and acquisition campaign strategy by partnering closely with Product Marketing, Amex Insights, AIM, Product Analytics and People Based Marketing to inform cohesive growth opportunities, analytics deep dives, and quality targeting.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in some combination of marketing strategy, marketing analytics, finance, product development, or management consulting.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate effectively across levels and tailor complex messages to executive audiences.

Ability to break down complex problems in simple ways and tell a story with data.
Track-record of successfully supporting critical initiatives, including the development of business cases.
Software application skills – proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in some combination of marketing strategy, marketing analytics, finance, product development, or management consulting.
Master's degree a plus.

Salary Range:
$130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
