Overview of the Role: This pivotal position entails devising, executing, and assessing training initiatives to ensure employees possess the requisite skills and knowledge for optimal performance. We seek a candidate with **exceptional leadership abilities**, a fervor for employee growth, and a comprehensive grasp of training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with department heads to pinpoint training needs and priorities.
  • Create and customize training programs, courses, and materials to suit diverse departmental requirements.
  • Establish a Training Center to accommodate all ESI and manufacturers' training and manuals.
  • Infuse learning principles and top-notch instructional design practices into training content.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops covering a spectrum of topics like safety protocols, technical expertise, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
  • Implement various training methods, including presentations, role-playing, case studies, and hands-on exercises to captivate employees and optimize learning.
  • Efficiently schedule and conduct training sessions to minimize disruptions to daily operations.
  • Document production equipment, service actions, and quality control operations.
  • Maintain precise records of employee training pursuits, encompassing attendance, completion, and evaluation details.
  • Organize training events logistics, including venue scheduling, catering arrangements, and overseeing training materials and tools.
  • Monitor training budgets and expenses to ensure judicious resource utilization.
  • Track employee performance and progress post-training to evaluate its impact on job efficiency and delineate further developmental requisites.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree coupled with 7+ years of experience in a related domain.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and practical skills (electrical, mechanical, and piping).
  • Familiarity with a corporate setup and mission of a commercial establishment.
  • Prior experience in leading teams through a variety of tried and tested methods.
  • Robust leadership and interpersonal aptitudes enabling effective collaboration.
