Job Summary

We are seeking a contagiously friendly and caring individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their visit with our authentic world-class diner hospitality. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests, manage seating, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and manage seating to ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Manage reservations and waitlists
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to maintain a positive and efficient dining environment
Requirements
  • One year of restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
