Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of both employees and customers.
  • Foster an exceptional shopping experience by maintaining high service standards and providing ongoing training to staff.
  • Manage all point-of-sale transactions in compliance with company policies, including sales, discounts, and refunds.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring adherence to shipping, receiving, pricing, and physical inventory protocols.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is well-organized and presentable.
  • Control payroll processes, ensuring compliance with scheduling and budgetary guidelines.
  • Support the training and development of team members, utilizing available resources to reinforce customer service excellence.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of daily operational management.

Essential Relationships
Engage effectively with customers, sales associates, store management, and district/regional personnel.

Qualifications
