Key Responsibilities:


Tropicana Brands Group is looking for a highly motivated Junior Recruiter to support the Human Resources department & Talent Acquisition team to ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met.

This role will be responsible for attracting and hiring qualified professionals to fill positions within the organization.

This role involves strategic planning, sourcing, interviewing, and working closely with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure the recruitment of highly skilled candidates.

Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming needs and priorities
Lead and inspire the candidate experience; collaborate with internal interview teams to train, advise, and deliver a consistently distinct and positive experience that reflects TBG values
Identify and deliver effective and innovative employer branding strategies
Serve as an expert user of our internal recruiting tools and mentor other recruiters and coordinators
Tackle ambiguous problems to determine and prioritize business strategies
Demonstrated ability to implement short- and long-term strategies to support organizational operation and transformation
Lead, influence, and collaborate across functions to drive results through formal and informal channels

Requirements:
Must be located in Chicago, IL or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL for the duration of employment
1-2 years of full-cycle business recruiting experience
Demonstrable track record for authentically sourcing and growing relationships with diverse talent
A genuine teammate with a strong desire to help others and build memorable experiences
A high sense of accountability and dedication to delivering results with a high attention to detail and stellar time management
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve problems independently without sacrificing quality of work
A can-do, team mentality no task is too small and you're willing to jump in when needed
Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required
Willingness to be onsite daily in Chicago office (~3x/week)
