About the Position
Looking for a role that involves generating leads and kickstarting the sales process? As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with sales and marketing to target markets, engage potential customers, and nurture relationships to drive revenue growth. Your main responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and scheduling sales meetings.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers within specific industries.
- Utilize various channels such as online platforms and social media for prospecting.
- Initiate contact with prospects through calls and emails.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on set criteria.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish rapport with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Understand potential customers' needs and customize sales strategies accordingly.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Conduct product demos or presentations as needed.
- Sales Support and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Provide detailed lead information to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Holder of a degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Prior experience in business development or sales, preferably in the tech sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of the tech industry and emerging trends is advantageous.
