Job Description

  • The grants and data administrator will support the foundation team through grant agreement distribution and recording, grant report distribution and analysis, interfacing with grant applicants during their application and reporting processes, providing reporting to the foundation team and other internal stakeholders, interface, and manage the foundation's relationship to Fluxx team and its developer, Hamilton Core.

Qualifications

  • Minimum:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in grants administration or comparable project management experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working with data.
  • 2+ years of experience working with customers (internal or external).
  • Preferred:
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to support multiple, daily tasks while managing longer-term projects.
  • Willingness to learn the Fluxx online grants portal including managing BCF records, data, reporting capabilities, and opportunities to improve the portal for BCF needs.
