Welcome to Iron Mountain's team as a Senior Analyst, Compensation. This role plays a vital part in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs within the company. You will be supporting various aspects of compensation including base salary, short-term and long-term incentives using tools like Workday.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist team members, HR, and Business Leaders with reporting and analyses to evaluate compensation program effectiveness
  • Partner with managers and supervisors to provide internal consultation on compensation matters
  • Conduct detailed analyses on compensation topics like salary compression, internal equity, and external market competitiveness
  • Collaborate with Iron Mountain's HR Center of Excellence for job analysis and market pricings
  • Manage market data aggregator tools and updates
  • Calculate bonuses and support general analyses for business needs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service for both internal and external clients related to compensation
  • Stay updated on compensation program trends and innovations for alignment with company culture and performance
  • Lead or assist in special projects as required
Qualifications:
  • BS Degree in HR, Business, or Finance preferred with a minimum of 5 years of compensation experience
  • Strong project management, analytical, and computational skills
  • Experience with Workday is highly valued
  • Familiarity with market data aggregation tools/systems is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with complex decision-making
  • Proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality in compensation matters
  • Great organizational and time management abilities
  • Thorough understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet development
  • Preferred certification like Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required
