We seek a full-timeContracts Specialist who will play a crucial role in our operations. This is the perfect opportunity if you are passionate about operational excellence, team collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, your primary responsibilities will be providing front-line support for incoming calls, emails, technical support, and account setup and changes.
What You'll Do:
Processing contracts, activation, and setup for new customers while driving operational KPIs
Acting as a liaison between sales, credit bureaus, and customers
Providing customer support on incoming calls and emails
Assist in a variety of other projects on an as-needed basis
What You'll Have:
Minimum of 2 years customer service-related experience in an inbound service center work environment
Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues of diverse scopes
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interpret and communicate detailed product information
Highly collaborative team player with a passion for providing great service
Positive, assertive individual with a desire to learn, grow, and develop
