As a full-time member of our professional staff, you would have Operations Manager responsibilities in our Outsourced Accounting Solutions Group (OAS) practice. The OAS Group of CTBK is responsible for providing a full range of bookkeeping and advisory services to clients in various industries including construction, real estate, not-for-profit, healthcare and professional services, and manufacturing/distribution.

Please note, you may be required to travel and work at local client sites.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the outsource accounting group, including scheduling, workflow, enforcing deadlines
  • Standardize OAS procedures
  • Manage and oversee the OAS Accounting Supervisors
  • Assist with billing and collections
  • Mentor and coach members of the OAS team
  • Research and implement CAS best practices
  • Develop and implement training plans for the OAS team
  • Ensure quality of all procedures and output
  • Develop relationships with other focus areas within the firm
  • Work with the People Team to develop and recruit talent into the OAS group
  • Contribute to the development of the OAS practice's annual goals and business plan

  • CPA preferred
  • 10+ years of cumulative experience in Accounting
  • Experience in both public accounting and in the private sector
Pay range- $90,000 to $122,500
