Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:
 Perform maintenance inside and outside the building, keep the warehouse, dock and mezzanine areas clean
and well organized
 Receive and distribute incoming shipments to the appropriate departments
 Meter first class and priority mail and packages using current mail equipment
 Pick merchandise to fulfill orders, package and then process shipments using the current mailing system
 Ship educational and conference materials, along with miscellaneous packages
 Track and control inventory including various departments' equipment and supplies
 Assist department leaders in special projects, time permitting
 Prepares meeting rooms for meetings, which may require moving furniture as needed.
 Perform other duties as assigned
