Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Ingka External. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient execution of product availability and replenishment processes in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect inbound goods to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Move products to final selling locations, including storage and floor displays
  • Perform sales space replenishment with flexibility and attention to visual merchandising guidelines
  • Select goods for customers within agreed time frames to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Certify and operate powered mobile equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Handle goods, including unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, and picking
  • Operate scanner equipment and inventory management tools, including IT systems
  • Contribute to a work environment that embodies the IKEA culture and values diversity and inclusivity
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in high-volume warehouse or receiving/replenishment environments
  • Certification in at least one power mobile equipment, such as a forklift or electric pallet jack, is preferred

Starting Hourly Pay Range
