Pay range: $78-86/hr W2

Program is to coordinate and facilitate the efforts to upgrade / replace old Windows and Linux operating systems from Company environments.

Responsibilities include the below activities:

IPU:

  • 1. Manage the In Place Upgrade Schedule and overall project timeline
  • 2. Manage ongoing reporting of project milestones, achievements, risks and issues
  • 3. Ensure Application teams are aware of IPU steps in preparation for IPU
  • 4. Create calendar invites for scheduled IPUs

Server Build:

  • 1. Manage the Server Build Schedule and overall project timeline
  • 2. Manage ongoing reporting of project milestones, achievements, risks and issues
  • 3. Support intake to the architecture team and creation of IBRs
  • 4. Track server builds and report on status end-to-end, including monitoring the application team activities and managing decommission activities.

Project Management:

  • 1. Coordinate and facilitate project status meetings and stakeholder updates
  • 2. Coordinate and facilitate PMLC deliverables
  • 3. Manage deviation process and track deviations to completion

Required Experience:

  • Infrastructure Technical Project Management experience required.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain an accurate project plan, project communication and ensure project artifacts are created.
  • Able to track risks, issues and dependencies related to the effort.
  • Manage and interact with multiple teams at once as related to the In Place Upgrade Process. Communication between the IPU team, the Server Evergreening Program as well as the Solution Architecture team as well as several other partner process is also required.
  • MS Project and ServiceNow experience highly desired.
