Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of IT staff, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, including network architecture, servers, and security tools.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of our Azure cloud environments.
  • Manage VMware environments, ensuring effective server virtualization.
  • Oversee storage management and ensure data availability and security.
  • Administer and maintain Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT infrastructure aligns with business needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in networking, including network security and architecture.
  • Expertise in server management, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Experience with storage management and cloud technologies.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
  • Prior experience leading IT teams is essential.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or similar highly regulated environments is a plus.
