Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, your main task involves updating automated records through data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document batching, data input, and verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Batch and organize documents for data entry processing.
  • Accurately input data from source documents into automated systems.
  • Prioritize tasks based on schedules and client needs for timely completion.
  • Conduct verification tasks, rectify errors, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Operate peripheral equipment and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Maintain safety standards, adhere to security protocols, and report hazards.
  • Flexibility to work in various environments and engage in physical activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and carry out physical tasks.
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy in performing duties.
  • Desirable experience in data entry and willingness to engage in repetitive tasks.
