The role will report to the General Manager and work in our location branch. As a core member of the Administrative team, you will be expected to complete file management and maintenance. Responsibilities

As a File Clerk, you will...

  • Check incoming paperwork and makes copies before distributing.
  • Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates and significance.
  • Create and update records with new files and information.
  • Store all paperwork in designated folders, securing the important documents.
  • Enter paperwork into an electronic system via data entry or scanners.
  • Complete all requests to access files and keeps logs of borrowed papers.
  • Develop an efficient filing system.
  • Follow all state and federal regulations and company policies and safeguards data and information.
  • Monitor inventory of files and office supplies.


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Knowledge of filing systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment, including photocopiers and scanners
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational skills
