As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Your goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and to build lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, and address any concerns.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company updates, and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
