Job Summary

We're seeking a top-tier Customer/Member Services Representative to create a successful journey for our clients. This challenging role requires an emphasis on customer centricity, high energy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to member inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle escalated calls, resolving complex member issues.
  • Research and resolve customer issues across multiple databases.
  • Know all aspects of health program benefits, including medical and pharmacy.
  • Work in an ACD environment, answering calls and participating in quality assurance.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues, reporting to high-level management.
  • Complete call reports, logs, and research billing issues.
  • Recognize and document trends in internal and external customer calls.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher).
  • 6+ months of Call/Contact Center experience.
  • 6+ months of Customer Service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
