We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Register patients accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented.
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Collect and process patient payments, including cash, credit cards, and insurance payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- MAB certification within 90 days of hire and annually thereafter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
