Job Description:
Assume ownership of inventory valuation and costing functions.
Enhance costing methodology to provide optimal decision-making insights.
Collaborate with management to refine reporting and presentation of costing and inventory valuation data.

Monitor and analyze final pool adjustments related to spray operations, equipment, and general labor pools during crop and calendar year-end processes.

Develop, review, and maintain cost accounting and inventory processes, including management inventories.
Assist the accounting team in devising and implementing best practices for accounting processes and controls.

Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in project leadership, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
Proactive self-starter with exceptional accounting project management capabilities.
Ability to self-monitor progress and deliverables with a high level of accountability and urgency.
Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with integrated ERP systems and their implementation.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting.
5+ years of public and/or agricultural accounting experience.
