Job SummaryWe're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our month-end close activities and financial statement preparation.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a strong background in bookkeeping.
Responsibilities will include balancing accounts, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities- Support month-end close activities and financial statement preparation
- Balance accounts by reconciling entries and maintaining the general ledger
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$65,000, a low-cost medical, dental, and vision package, and a starting 2 weeks of vacation with increases after 1 year of service.
