Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions Finance Manager to join our team

  • Concentrated on development and management of merger and acquisition activities, under direction of M&A Leadership and senior staff.
  • Responsible for managing and delivering M&A transactions of low to moderate complexity, with a good degree of independence.
  • In collaboration with Business Development, identifies merger and acquisition opportunities and oversees pricing, negotiation of transactions, diligence process, and negotiation of binding documentation.
  • Conduct financial analysis of target companies including reviewing historical financial statements, key performance indicators and financial projections.
  • Analyze financial scenarios and sensitivities to assess the potential impact on deal valuation and financial performance.
  • Determine financial risks and opportunities associate with potential transactions, identifying potential synergies and value drivers.
  • Responsibilities further include:
    • Transactions at all stages from initial introduction, analysis, pricing, due diligence, and documentation to integration planning and closing.
    • Preparation of valuation models and Board reports.
    • Maintenance of pipeline, deal database and internal management reporting tools.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-6 years related experience required.
  • Well-rounded commercial and economic awareness and understanding of the financial markets.
  • Strong numeric/analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, ability to communicate well with C-Suite.
  • Flexibility in terms of working hours, occasional travel.
