As an Adjudication Specialist, you will contribute to safeguarding the lives, health, and safety of the citizens of the Commonwealth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and evaluate complex data effectively for case preparation and presentation.
  • Apply knowledge of legal principles, practices, and processes to support adjudication functions.
  • Manage time and assignments efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to ensure clarity in legal proceedings.
  • Work closely with witnesses and prepare them effectively for testimony.
  • Present cases in judicial or administrative proceedings with confidence and expertise.
  • Draft pleadings and memoranda based on thorough legal analysis and factual reports.

Desired Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with the Administrative Process Act.
  • Understanding of laws and regulations governing health regulatory boards.
  • Prior experience in prosecution.
