Responsibilities

  • Provide site identification, qualification, and lease negotiation services for wireless telecommunication sites.
  • Prepare and present permit applications for wireless telecommunication sites.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of real estate acquisition and leasing principles.
  • Access to personal vehicle and ability to operate it safely.
  • Knowledge of basic RF design, construction, and local land use planning.
  • Experience in filing zoning applications and interpreting zoning codes and regulations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • 0-2+ years experience in Site Acquisition.
  • Understanding of cell site zoning principles.
  • Prior experience in wireless site deployment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Available to work irregular hours when necessary.

Work Environment

Candidates must have experience in Site Acquisition in Northern California areas such as San Francisco Bay and Sacramento. This position is remote.

Physical Demands

This role may require sitting for prolonged periods and occasional evening or weekend work.
