The following duties are at the full performance level of GS-11:

  • Uses in-depth knowledge of the space property program, evaluates complex matters including but not limited to property utilization, operational practices, capitalization, and performance measure reports.
  • Ensures direct commercial leasing and General Services Administration (GSA) Occupancy Agreements (OAs) are properly entered in Financial and Business Management System (FBMS) for monthly payment processing and required reporting.
  • Serves as liaison between Reclamation and the Department on real property leasing policy matters.
  • Manages warehouse systems furniture inventory. Ensures proper handling, storage, and accountability of excess or surplus property to prevent damage, loss, or personal injury.
  • Serves as Contracting Officer's Representative to approve Purchase requests (PRs) and Acquisitions/Budget Miscellaneous Obligation SharePoint Purchase requests (PRs).
