Position's Contributions to Work Group:
  • Product Development (NPI)
  • Creo modeling
  • Print detailing

  • Analysis coordination
  • Supplier CPPD
  • Tolerance stack-up, o-ring calculations, bolted joint analysis
Typical task breakdown:
  • Component / system design development according to APQP and NPI program cadence
Interaction with team:
  • Frequent interaction w/ core development team - team members plus work director
  • Regular collaboration w/ support resources: SDE, suppliers, mechatronics, analysis, purchasing,
Work environment:
  • Office primarily
  • Hands-on lab/test environment (validation hardware: receiving, test coordination, inspection) -> increasing as project progresses to validation phase
Education & Experience Required:
  • BS Engineering
  • 2-5 years experience
Technical Skills
