Responsibilities:
  • Provide support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include reporting, interviewing, HR Data Analytics, LMS (Learning Management System) maintenance, Exit interviews, Create Presentations.
  • Running and creating reports, analyzing data, developing presentations.
  • Maintenance of LMS, conducting Exit Interviews, conducting interviews.
  • Scheduling and managing calendar.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years HR experience, mainly in analytics and reporting.
  • SAP experience is a most as well as mastering MS Office (Excel, PPT, Teams and Sharepoint.
  • Power BI is preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license and current state required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property

Education: High school diploma or GED

Location: Houston, TX 77079

Pay Rate: The pay range for this position is $30.00 – 31.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.

Work Schedule: Onsite, Mon – Fri 8a-5p.

Length of Assignment: Contract
