We are seeking several full time client advocates who are hungry to grow, passionate about impacting people, love to have fun as well as be part of a team.


Position Details

  • Starting $18 $25 hour depending on industry experience

  • Shifts Available (730am 4pm), (3pm1130pm) and (11pm 730am)

Responsibilities

  • Help ensure the safety of all clients
  • Report client behaviors, interactions and compliance
  • Support clients in living into their stated values and goals
  • Observe the selfadministration of client medications
  • Provide transportation services as needed
  • Assist is keeping the residence up to START UP standards and on brand
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass a background screen
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate and able to communicate clearly both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of policies including ethics, appropriate boundaries, and client confidentiality
  • If in Recovery: 1+ year of sobriety preferred

Starting Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour
