    Essential Duties, but not limited to:
  • Greet customers upon arrival to shop
  • Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
  • Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
  • Organize & manage express lube lane.
  • Must be able to manage customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Ascertain reason for customer visit through verbal interview and visual assessment of vehicle
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat customers.
  • Connect customers with appropriate automotive mechanic or technician
  • Consult with mechanics regarding appropriate service options
  • Able to develop as many solution methods as possible
  • Explain all service options to customers including time and cost estimates
  • Provide in
  • depth information on original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part options
  • Advise customers on warranty protections and other potential cost
  • saving service options
  • Track maintenance or repair status, fill out reports on labor and cost of all services
  • Perform post
  • service inspection with customers and answer any questions they may have
  • Ring up customers at the front desk, facilitate financial transactions
  • Perform customer service duties i.e., answering the phone, coordinate service appointments, and calling customers to inform them their vehicles are ready for pick up
  • Work as a collaborator and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Manage shop workflow and schedule for mechanics and technicians

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Automotive Service Advisor/Writing experience (a PlUS, but not necessary)
  • Someone who is initiativetaking in sales and providing truly exceptional 5star service to our clients.
  • Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs and parts (preferred)
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass preemployment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
  • Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
  • Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
