We are currently in search of an Automotive Quick Service Technician to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities for Automotive Quick Lube Technician
- Conduct Quick Service Oil Changes, tire rotations, tire replacements, and routine vehicle inspections.
- Perform Multi-Point Vehicle Inspections.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to address clients' vehicle requirements.
- Engage in manufacturer-specific training sessions, both online and through web-based platforms.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for Automotive Quick Lube Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent trade school education is required.
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Nissan certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are necessary for utilizing factory software.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Automotive Quick Lube Technician Requirements...
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of shop experience.
- Nissan experience is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Must pass background and drug screenings, with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Compensation Structure
- The Automotive Quick Service Technician position offers a base hourly compensation of $16.00 to $19.00. Additional bonus compensation may be available based on sales performance, with no upper limit, as well as production bonuses based on individual or team performance.
