About the Job:
If you're passionate about Electrical Engineering and have a keen interest in Protective Relaying and Integration Systems, we have an exciting opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

  • Design detailed protection schemes and integration systems for various electrical facilities
  • Specify protective relays and related equipment
  • Evaluate system faults and coordinate protective devices
  • Develop Substation Integration schemes and specify necessary equipment
  • Provide compliance and technical support for Protection & Relaying department

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET accredited program
  • At least four (4) years of engineering experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Common Tool Technical Proficiency
  • Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in Systems Protection within the utility/energy industry
  • Knowledge of Power Systems and engineering application software
  • Experience with NERC CIP and PRC standards
  • Proficiency in SEL relays, SQL, Python, and VBA
  • Skills in technical writing and database development
