Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Referring solutions for an improved banking experience
  • Demonstrating expertise in Fidelity's offerings
  • Identifying sales prospects by fostering customer relationships
  • Advising customers on bank products utilizing Teller Pod technology for various transactions
  • Greeting and welcoming customers, building relationships, and understanding their needs
  • Promoting teamwork and ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints within the branch
  • Upholding strict confidentiality standards and aligning actions with Fidelity Bank's core values

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of customer-facing experience
  • At least one year of sales background
  • Ability to offer exceptional customer service and adapt to various roles during the workday
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience appreciated
  • Prior exposure to banking or financial services
