Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; journeyman's or master's license in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial or apartment industry setting.
  • EPA Universal Certification required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with colleagues and residents.
