We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Omega Senior. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the upkeep of our properties, including but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct thorough inspections of our properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our maintenance processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; journeyman's or master's license in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a commercial or apartment industry setting.
- EPA Universal Certification required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively interact with colleagues and residents.
