Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by providing exceptional food service and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment
  • Restock food and supplies as needed
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking as required
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year of experience in a large-scale cooking operation preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects
