Our IT department is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst who is eager to learn and implement new technologies while providing support to our internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee an inventory of installed software, manage software licensing, and establish policies and procedures for upgrades.
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software standardization.
  • Create user accounts and manage access controls in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain, analyze, and repair hardware and software systems.
  • Respond to support tickets, troubleshoot, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support and enforce information technology (IT) policies.
  • Set up and configure new systems, applications, and upgrades.
  • Manage user account information, permissions, and rights for SaaS applications.
  • Document standard operating procedures and processes.

Experience & Knowledge Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Senior IT Analyst, IT Analyst, or related role.
  • Extensive knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
  • Experience with Unifi Cloud Gateway and Switches, Sonicwall Firewalls.
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection systems.

Experience & Knowledge Preferred:

  • Associate's degree or higher in information technology, information security, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications from recognized organizations such as HDI, CompTIA, or Microsoft.
  • Experience with Google Workspace administration and Active Directory domain management.
  • Knowledge of security and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with PC lifecycle management and imaging.
  • Familiarity with cloud administration (AWS, Google, Azure).
