Job Summary

At Emprise Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering ongoing relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide clarity to customers on banking products by offering simplicity, knowledge, and expertise.
  • Sales and Business Development: Continuously seek sales opportunities, develop business through the promotion of products and services, and collaborate with other retail departments to fulfill identified financial opportunities.
  • Customer Contact: Initiate and maintain customer contact through various methods, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions and balance cash drawers accurately and efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Mitigate customer and bank risk by ensuring compliance with internal controls, banking regulations, operational and security procedures, and audit policies.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience required, 1+ year of bank teller experience preferred.
  • Credentials: Successfully pass a credit check required.
  • Skills: Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software required.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday - Friday: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM, Saturday: 8:45 AM - 12:00 PM (rotating).
