ACCOUNT / LOGISTICS COORDINATOR - CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Experience in transportation, warehousing and/or the logistics industries is a plus.
  • Three plus years of clerical type experience preferred, minimum 2 years.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
  • Knowledge of the NAVIS port system a Big Plus
  • Must have good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be organized with the ability to efficiently multitask in a fast paced environment.

Duties will be varied and include:

  • Work with customers on import and export shipments
  • Coordinate between the customer, warehouse operations, transportation providers, port authorities etc.
  • Preparation of customized, job specific receiving reports, job orders, packing lists, bills of lading and invoicing.
This position is within a small business environment withopportunity for growth. Competitive compensation depends on experience.
