We are currently looking for a Mini Boom OTR Tire Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing onsite OTR tire and wheel services to our valued customers.

Here's what a typical day as an OTR Tire Technician at Snider Fleet Solutions looks like:

• Handling customer equipment safely and in accordance with industry standards
• Using specialized tools to service customer vehicles efficiently
• Inspecting and repairing OTR tires of various types
• Maintaining cleanliness and inventory levels of service truck and equipment
• Providing exceptional customer service both on-site and while on the road
• Following all safety protocols and complying with company policies

This position will be based at one of our commercial/industrial tire service centers, with travel required to customer locations. The role will involve working in different weather conditions and environments.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 21 years of age with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid Class C Driver's License and DOT Medical Certification
• TIA Level 300 training required within 3 months of hire
• MSHA certification, if applicable
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
