·         Competitive pay of $19-$22 an hour

·         Full time, temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for career growth and stability

·         1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Your New Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for their diverse clientele. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly communication, both in English and Spanish. You will also leverage your tech skills to streamline processes and enhance our service delivery.

What You Need:

·         Bilingual speaker-fluent in English and Spanish

·         Granite or Marble warehouse experience a plus

·         Strong technical skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and other customer service software

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse

·         Must be able to pass a pre-employment and drug screen
