This position is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing areas from an engineering standpoint due to volume increase in JCB products.

Attending Product Improvement meetings and facilitating the implementation of process improvements.Developing a precise means of management for optimal and cost effective operations.Developing process flow within the department and all areas your product supports.
Nature & Scope Reports to Engineering Manager Minimum Qualifications Must pass applicable drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests Bachelor's degree Five years of manufacturing experience in processes and planning Prior launch experience where capital improvements have been made PFMEA, risk assessments on equipment and safety Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Seven years of manufacturing experience in a similar industry Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & CompetenciesKnowledge of manufacturing processesEffective customer service and communication skillsAble to use strong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsAbility to be proactiveEffective verbal and written communication skillsSound analytical skills with a practical balance of "shop floor" experienceSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to work effectively in a team environment through delegationAbility to beflexible in a fast-paced environmentMust wear Personal Protective Equipment as required
